    Kudos are in order for our fellow Rotarians Mayor Jack Pratt and City Manager Todd Parton and their colleagues in the City of Kerrville, for the extensive write-up of municipal accomplishments in our community, in the state journal of local government.
 
   And congratulations to our Club member Mike Graxiola and his co-workers at the Kerrville Daily Times, for the substantial list of awards received at the state convention of Associated Press Media Editors in El Paso.  Please note that the Daily Times has to compete in these contests against bigger newspapers in much larger communities than Kerrville, which makes their accomplishments doubly impressive.
